In a country where the minimum wage is ₦18, 000, we still have people that earns as low as ₦5, 000 every month that’s the bitter truth. In this same country of ours we still have people who barely can afford a meal per day. We want the university to please consider the students; Leave of absence is not the way out. The university should create a better payment structure. That would make it easier for our parents. It could be an installment package; it could be a plan that would enable students to pay while on holidays. We don’t want to go on strike and lose another brother or sister.

The Dinner Party {Episode 3; The Final Episode}

Damn right she said yes! And so i was faced with yet another problem; Mary’s dress style. Call me Oliver twist or whatever but i just wanted the day to be perfect for me! I guess my patron saint must have heard and interceded on my behalf. Few minutes later,i received a beep on my phone;it was a message from Gt bank; your account have been credited with…. Just then the idea hit me and i executed it immediately.

I rushed to LF’s boutique, got a nice gown,wrapped it and sent it to mary with a note saying ‘really looking forward to tonight’. God knows I prayed hard for the dress to fit. It did. I met with mary at exact 6pm,i almost didn’t recognize her as the dress completely transformed her. She looked like a goddess. Looked like my night was going to be perfect after all.

Now the tragedy. We arrived the venue and it looked like

Anyway beggars has no choice so i had to stick with what i got. My mind-ranting of Mary’s sense of dressing had made me ignore one minute detail which now stood Uncleared before me. How was i going to ask her out?

I could only think of a way to do it; text messaging. I checked the time on my clock. It said 9pm, good! She must have slept, i better send it right away and when she wakes up the following day,she wouldn’t want to disappoint me as I purposely clearly stated that the party was the next day and she was the only one i had in mind.
